Decision Support Services Introduces EMSAnalyze to Track Audits
Decision Support Services, Inc. has introduced EMSAnalyze, a complimentary product providing a major enhancement to EMSReview.EMSReview is a stand-alone electronic estimate audit tool for the collision repair industry. EMSReview electronically audits estimates based on search criteria one establishes using profiles. Searches result in detailed lists of missed legitimate charges or items that deviate from pre-negotiated guidelines.
The introduction of EMSAnalyze, which is used in conjunction with EMSReview, is intended to help shop owners and managers measure the results of estimate auditing electronically. EMSAnalyze will provide a detailed tracking of estimate audit results by a variety of categories so the shop will understand areas for improvement as well as overall opportunities for the business to grow further. EMSAnalyze allows the user to view audit results from a specific period of time which can be grouped by insurance company, shop, estimator, or other sequences.

"With EMSAnalyze, shop management can quickly see what type of errors are being found in the audit process, what the value of the estimates are for a selected period of time, and what the bottom line dollar difference is as a result of changes in an estimate after auditing it."
EMSAnalyze utilizes the audit results created by EMSReview, the estimate audit tool written for use by all segments of the collision industry. EMSAnalyze reports in the collective value of the estimates written, the error categories found, and the changes in the estimate totals as a result of making changes to the estimates.
