Hi-Tech Collision Names Richard Fish COO

Hi-Tech Collision and Glass, in southern California, has announced that Richard Fish has joined the company as its Chief Operating Officer.

Fish will be responsible for working with the broader management team to implement a number of new initiatives designed to impact customer satisfaction results, cycle time, and repair quality while growing the business via adding new facilities as well as same store sales improvements.

"The ability to leverage Richard's broad business background and specific knowledge in this industry was of great interest to us," said George Boukather, Chairman and CEO of Hi-Tech. "His involvement in growing companies rapidly, but based on sound operating principles is exactly the formula we are striving for."

"The opportunity presented by Hi-Tech proved to be an excellent chance for me to get back into a business that I enjoy, in an industry that I have worked hard to learn over the years," said Fish. "The Hi-Tech platform is, without question, one of the best-run businesses that I have joined in my career. Their attention to the details of the business is something that we can build on in taking it to the next level."

Fish brings over 18 years of business experience, 14 of those serving or working directly in the collision repair and auto insurance industries. Most recently he served as Chief Operating Officer for Dental Connect, a healthcare technology company in Irvine. Prior to that, he spent two years at the Gerber Group in Chicago, responsible for Sales and Marketing, and 12 years at CCC Information Services in Chicago, IL in a number of roles in sales management and operations.

Founded in 1974 with headquarters in Costa Mesa, Hi-Tech Collision and Glass Centers, Inc. serves over 15,000 customers each year in Southern California.
