Business Tools | Thursday May 8 Toyota Added as New CAA Corporate SponsorToyota Motor Sales, U.S.A. (TMS), Inc. recently became one of the California Autobody Association’s (CAA) newest corporate sponsors. Toyota is the first Automobile Manufacturer to become a CAA corporate sponsor in 2003.“We are very excited to be working closely with CAA,” commented Doug Stein, product manager at TMS in Torrance, California. “There are a number of areas where both groups can help each other.” One way Toyota and CAA are looking to join forces involves the accessibility of Toyota training for CAA member shops. This program would allow CAA member shops to sign up for Toyota training classes held in Torrance, California. In addition, Toyota and CAA are working on ways to make Toyota specific repair information more accessible to CAA members. “Toyota has always been on the cutting edge of technology,” stated CAA executive director David McClune. “The CAA is very fortunate that Toyota has offered to make information and training accessible to our members. This is going to be a very beneficial relationship for CAA members.” ©2003 Collision Repair Industry INSIGHT | FEATURED
