Business Tools | Tuesday June 3 Keystone Automotive Acquires Auto Parts Distributor in KentuckyKeystone Automotive Industries, Inc. has acquired certain assets of U.S. Crash Parts, Inc., a private company that distributes automobile collision replacement parts in the Lexington and Louisville areas as well as eastern Kentucky. U.S. Crash recorded sales of approximately $3.0 million in 2002. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed."This acquisition strengthens and consolidates our market position in this region and fits perfectly with our strategic growth strategy," said Charles J. Hogarty, president and chief executive officer of Keystone.
