Hertz to Partner with FixUSA

Through Hertz Local Edition, Hertz’ network of suburban rental locations, Hertz will offer car rental services, including pick up and delivery, to Fix USA’s body shops, allowing customers to pick up their rental car at the repair shop or from a nearby Hertz location. This partnership offers insurers and consumers a seamless transaction from the customer’s first contact with his/her insurance company through the final billing and payment process. This coordinated effort, arranging the rental car, tow and scheduling the shop appointment takes place when a customer first contacts FixUSA.

With a full range of vehicles available, Hertz Local Edition services may include #1 Club Gold counter service and vehicles equipped with NeverLost, Hertz’s in-car global positioning system. As with all Hertz corporate locations, vehicles are available with unlimited mileage and all rate structures are honored, including one-way, inter-city rates. Coupled with pick up and delivery service, Hertz Local Edition is an ideal option for individuals needing an insurance replacement rental.
