Business Tools | Thursday July 17 Autoprise Launches Interactive PortalAutoprise, Inc., a software and services company specializing in shop management solutions for the automotive collision repair industry, has launched its AUTOSUPPORT Customer Portal, to provide Autoprise customers with access to information aimed at increasing product knowledge and to add value to their system investment. The Portal provides information that includes product updates, training, FAQ library, professional services, technical information, monthly e-Newsletter, and a discussion forum.The discussion forum, accessible through the AUTOSUPPORT Portal, allows customers to connect online with other product users and Autoprise staff to post and respond to topics related to Autoprise products, technology, or other industry-related subjects. “I love the convenience of being able to access the self-paced training modules to learn or refresh my knowledge where and when it is convenient for me or my staff. Both the FAQ library and the discussion forum have been great resources for getting fast and accurate answers to my technical questions. And if I do need to contact someone at Autoprise, I have their contact information right at my fingertips,” said Phil Rowley of Kirmac Collision, an Autoprise customer.
