CollisionWorks Opens Giant Auto Body Shop in Atlanta

This is CollisionWorks’ second location. The first, formerly known as Auto Collision Center of Roswell, has been in business since 1977.

“Atlantans take great pride in their vehicles – they deserve a convenient, friendly auto body repair shop that delivers nothing short of factory restoration,” said Kraig Torres, who, with Steve Peek, owns CollisionWorks. “The level of service is what makes our shop unique.”

The new facility, which opened October 6th, will be a direct repair facility for many of Georgia’s largest insurance carriers. It is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic and repair equipment. A 50-square-foot window looks out from the office onto the spotless white work area. Uniformed staff greets every customer. Commitments include a lifetime warranty on completed repairs.

“We guarantee the completion date, once the insurance company has given us permission to begin the repairs,” said Peek. “We know how inconvenient it can be without your car or truck.”

CollisionWorks follows a strict four-contact system with every repair.

“You hear from us when the parts arrive from the dealer, when the structural and body repairs are complete, when the vehicle completes the refinish process and when the vehicle is done,” said Torres. “And, for the sake of convenience, Enterprise Rent-a-Car is one of our tenants in the building.”
