Business Tools | Thursday October 23 Robert Morris Joins AAIA as Manager of Supply Chain TechnologyRobert Morris has joined the staff of the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) as manager, supply chain technology.For 20 years, Morris held positions of increasing responsibility at Triad Systems and CCITriad before joining the staff at AAIA. "Robert brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the association and we are very excited about the contribution he will make to the department at AAIA", said Scott Luckett, vice president, technology standards and solutions. Morris will have marketing and management responsibilities for PARTnerShip Network and will aid in marketing the Enhanced Line Review process in addition to providing other support for the Technology Standards and Solutions Committee. In a related move, AAIA has renamed the former Electronic Commerce Committee the Technology Standards and Solutions Committee. "This designation better reflects the scope of our department and the committee we support," Luckett said. "AAIA has a leadership role in a wide variety of supply-chain technology and electronic commerce standards.
