DSS Inc. to Unveil EMSReview 4.0 Estimating Compliance and Completeness Checker at NACE

The newest version of the collision estimating compliance and completeness checker features the Profit Predictor, Estimate File Manager, Desk Reviewer and Autoprofit database.

The estimate checker and workflow manager instantly identifies whether the estimate includes all the operations and parts associated with a repair and complies with DRP business rules. The software seamlessly integrates with CCC, ADP, Mitchell and CompEst estimating systems.

According to a company press release, EMSReview checks the estimate to make sure all the required operations are included. It features more than 3,600 commonly-missed related operations or dependencies. So if removing the bumper cover requires 5 items, it checks that all five are on the estimate. i.e., it will verify whether the estimate includes flex additive, adhesive remover, bake time to remove the release agent, etc.

EMSReview also allows you to set up business rules/profiles for each individual DRPs to ensure that the shop does not violate any requirements regarding pricing, parts or restricted operations.

EMSReview 4.0 features several enhancements: the Autoprofit database, the Desk Reviewer, the Profit Predictor, and the Estimate File Manager.

DSS Inc. provides collision repair estimating and workflow products to shops, independent appraisers and insurers. EMSReview is currently in use at over 70 medium and large-size collision repair facilities, including all ten Holmes Body Shop locations.
