Valspar President to Leave Company
The Valspar Corporation, a leading coatings manufacturer, hasy reported that John M. Ballbach, President and Chief Operating Officer, will leave the company for personal reasons. Mr. Ballbach will work on special projects through March 2004.Richard M. Rompala, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will assume Mr. Ballbach's responsibilities.
