Frontier Adjusters Selects ADP Claims Services Group's PenPro to Standardize Estimates for Insurance Clients Nationwide

Frontier Adjusters will use PenPro with Frontier's Filehandler(TM) claim management system to provide clients nationwide with standard estimates and documents from many of its 750-plus franchised locations.

PenPro allows users to quickly write, transmit, track and store ADP estimates and uses the ADP Database to fully automate labor operations to assure the correct part price and labor cost is captured every time for the specific vehicle.

"Along with a superior appraisal product, we'll be able to aggregate the appraisal information processed by each Frontier office and deliver real-time reports tailored to the client's performance metrics," said Chuck Mozingo, Frontier's vice president of sales and marketing. "Our national ability to provide information on service levels and our appraiser metrics will be unparalleled with PenPro."

Mozingo said Frontier chose PenPro after an extensive evaluation of the major estimating systems on the market. Providers were evaluated on criteria such as existing user base, customer satisfaction levels, integration capabilities and demonstrated commitment to a long-term business relationship.
