GuideOne Insurance Signs with CEI to Provide DRP Outsourcing Services
GuideOne Insurance, based in West Des Moines, Iowa., has signed with The CEI Group inc., a provider of auto direct repair program outsourcing for property and casualty insurance companies. Joe Cosgrove, senior national accounts manager for CEI, secured the agreement to provide a national network of auto repair facilities, claims management services and technology and audit services to GuideOne policyholders.“GuideOne selected CEI for its Direct Repair Network because the company’s service and commitment to customers mirror our own,” explained Leo Sibenaller, GuideOne Claims Manager. “CEI’s many years of experience, combined with its use of technology, ability to provide a national solution of quality repair facilities, and ease of network use made the company an ideal one to align with.”
