Copart Acquires Facility in Northfield, Ohio

Copart, Inc. has acquired a salvage facility in Northfield, Ohio. With the addition of this 16-acre location Copart now has 106 locations throughout the United States and Canada.

"The addition of this facility will take pressure off our existing locations in the surrounding areas as we continue to experience strong demand for our services," said Willis J. Johnson, Copart's Chief Executive Officer.

Since August 2003, Copart has added four locations in Eugene, Oregon; Toronto, Canada; Helena, Montana and Northfield, Ohio.

Copart, founded in 1982, provides vehicle suppliers, primarily insurance companies, with a full range of services to process and sell salvage vehicles through auctions, principally to licensed vehicle dismantlers, rebuilders, repair licensees and used vehicle dealers.
