Pacific Collision Centers Opens New Location in Fullerton, California
Pacific Collision Centers has announced the opening of its sixth Southern California location.This state of the art facility, with over 40,000 square feet of floor space on 1.8 acres makes this one of the largest repair facilities in North Orange County.
According to Steve Vettel, President, “We built this location from the ground-up in order to insure that we maximize all aspects of the repair process and the customer experience. This facility represents the type of footprint that we will use for all future locations.”
“We dedicated 25 percent of our floor space to Express Repairs in an effort to reduce cycle time and increase customer satisfaction,” General manager Henry Boehm commented. “This is the second step of our new business plan that will allow us to feed our large production facilities via our store front locations”
Founded in 1987, Pacific Collision Centers is one of the largest collision repair groups in Southern California and has plans for controlled and methodical expansion throughout the market area.
