AASP of Minnesota Announces 2004 Convention Line-Up

The Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of Minnesota (AASP-MN) has announced that its annual convention will be held September 24 & 25, 2004, at the Holiday Inn West, St. Louis Park, MN. The 1½-day event will feature a variety of management and technical training opportunities for all segments of the automotive aftermarket industry.

A packed lineup includes:

  • How Your Collision Repair Shop Can Compete with New Car Dealers, presented by Greg Field, Edwards & Associates, designed to demonstrate methods and processes that independent collision repair shops can employ to compete with dealerships.
  • Electronic Service Information in a Collision Repair Facility, presented by Bill Haas, ASA, consisting of live demonstrations of the collision-specific and related mechanical sections of several of the OEM service information web sites.
  • I-CAR’s Full-Frame Replacement, presented by Larry Boser, Dakota County Technical College, covering full-frame replacement considerations, body removal and installation, and frame change.
