Caliber Collision Centers Appoints Tresa Parker Director of Client Services in Texas

Caliber Collision Centers has named Tresa Parker its Director of Client Services for Texas Operations, a new position designed to help strengthen new and existing relationships with insurance clients and customers in Caliber's Texas markets.

Parker is a 19-year veteran of State Farm Insurance, where she most recently served as Strategist for State Farm's Service First program, a preferred provider network for approved auto collision repair facilities. In that position, she was responsible for analyzing Service First usage trends as well as auditing workflow and developing training programs dedicated to enhancing Service First usage by agents, claims and field staff.

"Tresa brings an incredible amount of insurance physical damage experience which will complement our exceptional Texas Management team and enable us to continue to exceeded client expectations by finding innovative solutions and services to offer our consumers and the Insurance community," said Vince Claudio, Caliber's Vice President of Client Services. "I am thrilled to have Tresa as part of Caliber's Client Services Team and I am looking forward to the tremendous contributions she will bring to the organization."

As Director of Client Services for Texas Operations, Parker will assume responsibility for executing Caliber's Client Services strategy in Texas, including all of Caliber's service commitments to consumers, insurance clients, dealers and fleets. In this new position, she will also manage Caliber's team of marketing representatives in Texas who will focus on enhancing Caliber's current insurance client relationships as well as developing new customer and client relations and communications.

Founded in 1991, with headquarters in Irvine, Caliber Collision Centers operates 68 collision repair facilities in California and Texas.
