Business Tools | Friday August 13 NACE 2004 to Provide Extensive Dealer-Focused EducationThe 2004 International Autobody Congress & Exposition (NACE) will provide ten sessions for dealer personnel to better meet the needs of this segment of the NACE audience.The following sessions will be offered: Pre-Repair Management – The Key to Reduced Cycle Time; Management Do’s and Don’ts; Understanding and Measuring Severity; Busting the Bottlenecks – Applying the Theory of Constraints to Your Business; Budget and Financials – The Numbers Don’t Lie; Shop Owners/Insurers – Understanding the Issues; Benchmarking Collision Center Performance; Maximize Your Market Share with Effective Marketing Methods; Time Management, and Customer Satisfaction – The Road to Repeat Business. “We have seen an increased interest in NACE from dealer personnel,” said Dana Bellantone, NACE show director. “This market segment faces a range of challenges, many that will be addressed in the dealer-focused NACE sessions, “ said Bellantone. The dealer sessions are part of the NACE educational Conference. The Conference will also include two new tracks, Sales & Marketing and Estimating, an increased number of focused sessions for jobbers and claims professionals, new 45-minute “crash course” sessions in several tracks, as well as many new speakers and instructors. There also will be Management, Vehicle Repair, General and Lifestyle tracks and association-sponsored training with more than 50 targeted sessions comprising this year’s Conference.
