PPG's LYNXSelect Reaches 2,000 Member Milestone

Fred Mueller Automotive, Inc., of Schofield, Wis., is the most recent auto body repair center to qualify to join the growing number of LYNXSelect locations across the country,and is also a participant in the CertifiedFirst Network.

“PPG’s collision repair programs were developed to meet the specific needs of insurers. The CertifiedFirst Network is the solution for insurance companies who choose to manage their claims in-house. And LYNXSelect is ideal for insurance companies who choose to manage their claims through the outsourced solution of LYNX Services,” said Gilles Pichette, Manager, LYNXSelect Collision Repair Program.

LYNX Services connects insurance companies and their policyholders with a national list of qualified repair facilities, including shops in the CertifiedFirst Network, via a Web-based portal. This allows for easy dispatch and retrieval of repair estimates and images.

According to Joe Mueller, body shop manager at Fred Mueller Automotive, Inc., “The LYNXSelect and CertifiedFirst Programs offer us an excellent opportunity to build our business and enhance relationships with insurance companies, agents and consumers in our local market.
