Zimbrick Voted Best Body Shop of 2004 by Readers of Madison Magazine

The readers of Madison Magazine in Madison, Wisconsin have named CertifiedFirst Network shop Zimbrick, Inc. the best body shop in Madison. Readers determined the “2004 Best of Madison” awards by voting for their favorite local businesses in 66 categories.

“A top shop must exhibit commitment to quality and performance. Zimbrick not only convinced our network it exemplified these ideals, it also convinced the consumers of Madison,” said Georgina Sweeney, manager, CertifiedFirst Network. “We are delighted to have such a well-regarded shop as part of our CertifiedFirst Network.”

Zimbrick body shops are direct repair facilities for seven major insurance companies and currently repair between 400 and 600 vehicles a month. According to Sweeney, the recognition earned by Zimbrick demonstrates that being part of the CertifiedFirst Network helps shops build insurer relationships, customer satisfaction and successful businesses.

Gary Corbett, body shop general manager of Zimbrick agreed that the company’s participation in the CertifiedFirst Network has contributed to its success.

“Association with the CertifiedFirst Network brand provided added credibility and helped us build our business with insurers. This has provided a direct link to Madison customers,” said Corbett. “We are able to focus on making the vehicle repair process as painless as possible by providing quality workmanship and courteous service.” Corbett added that Zimbrick also benefits from its well-trained staff.

“Our I-CAR and ASE certified technicians have been with the company for more than 20 years, and we’ve offered training through Zimbrick’s 14 dealerships,” he noted.

According to Corbett, Zimbrick’s long history in the community makes receiving this recognition especially gratifying for the family-owned organization.

“Zimbrick has been part of the Madison community for more than 40 years. We will continue to work hard to earn our stripes everyday.”
