Business Tools | Friday September 3 CARCARE Collision Center Installs Summit Management SystemPlainfield, Illinois-based consolidator CARCARE Collision Centers has announced the completion of its installation and integration of the Summit management and production system in all five of its repair facilities.“Summit gives us the ability to view all facets of the repair process, in real time,” commented Bill Aescliman, one of the owners of the company. “This system will provide us with the information we need to expand in this coming year.” “We chose the Summit system, because of its versatility, amazing reporting capability, call center modules, and expansion contingencies,” said co-owner Jim Missig. “The Summit system works in harmony with our status tool, Auto Watch, automatically updating our customers via e mail, in real time, with a photo of the vehicle in process.
