OEConnection Selected as a NorthCoast 99 Best Place to Work in Northeast Ohio
OEConnection LLC, a provider of supply chain, order management, and data mining and reporting solutions for the automotive industry, has been selected as a 2004 NorthCoast 99 winner. OEConnection earned the NorthCoast 99 distinction in its first year of eligibility.Sponsored by the Employers Resource Council (ERC), Northeast Ohio's largest employers' association, this annual recognition honors the 99 best-in-class employers in the 22-county Northeast Ohio region. ERC selects organizations based on their demonstrated ability to implement dynamic and effective programs that attract, retain, and create a high level of associate satisfaction.

Unique in its approach to award nominations, NorthCoast 99 seeks nominations directly from associates throughout the region. Nominated organizations complete a detailed description of their programs, policies, benefits and distinguishing factors regarding associate attraction, retention and satisfaction. ERC compiles a comprehensive report from the winner's data to share with participating organizations as a guidebook on the region's most successful practices.
OEConnection serves over 11,000 franchised auto dealerships and collision repair facilities with web-based technology solutions that help improve efficiencies, increase customer satisfaction, and drive original equipment replacement parts sales.
