Caliber Collision Selects proCube Web to Assist Strategic Growth Initiative

Satori Group, Inc., a provider of user-centric business performance management (BPM) solutions and business intelligence (BI) software to the middle market enterprise (MME), has announced that Caliber Collision Centers has selected proCube Web to facilitate Caliber’s strategic operational and growth plans.

“Caliber Collision Centers and Satori Group enjoy a strong partnership spanning many years. Caliber’s long-term strategic growth plan is to acquire, develop and integrate high-quality collision repair centers to provide unsurpassed customer service to consumers and their insurers. To facilitate this strategy, Caliber wanted to extend its current proCube based business performance management (BPM) functions for budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis to users across the enterprise via browser-based access,” said Robert Kabel, President and COO of Satori Group. “proCube Web has outstanding query and reporting capabilities and all of the core functionality of our proCube BPM solution. When Caliber saw proCube Web running through its paces in a Web browser and heard about the 1-2 day implementation time, the decision to proceed with proCube Web became easy. Caliber understands the critical role that automated planning, reporting and analysis solutions play in today’s challenging and complex business environment. The sophisticated infrastructure and reporting capability that Caliber has developed for a mid-tier company stands as a testimony to the value of our proCube BPM solutions.”

“proCube has long been a standard at Caliber Collision. When a newly acquired center is brought into the fold, we immediately add it to the hierarchy of regions to which it belongs, monitor its peformance, and eventually cross-analyze acquisition performance over time and virtually any other business dimension. proCube is an indispensible asset,” said David Riggan, Senior VP and CFO of Caliber Collision Centers. “We see proCube Web enabling our users anywhere and at anytime to breakdown barriers to business insight and transform static data from our ERP financial and related systems into actionable information to advance our strategic goals, including outstanding customer service, quality and financial performance. As an analytical management team, we are constantly generating new reports, including Caliber’s Monthly Score Cards. For speed, ease-of-use, flexibility and reliability, proCube is a premier product that enhances our analytical capability, speed to flag and address improvement opportunities, and ultimately our profitability.”

Caliber currently owns and operates 68 facilities in California and Texas and has annual revenues of approximately $200 million.

Satori Group, Inc. is a provider of user-centric business performance management (BPM) solutions and business intelligence (BI) software to the middle market enterprise (MME). Via Microsoft Excel, the most commonly used analytical tool in business today, or a Web browser, proCube allows clients to leverage their existing skills and experience ease of use, flexibility, and accuracy in planning, reporting and analysis tasks. By capturing live data stored in financial and operational systems, the proCube application empowers users to transform data into actionable information to measure performance, predict business outcomes, and make profitable decisions across the enterprise.
