CAA and ASA Announce Partnership

The California Autobody Association (CAA) has announced a new partnership with the Automotive Service Association (ASA).

“The California Autobody Association is extremely excited about our partnership with ASA,” said Kelly Swenson, CAA 2004 president. “ASA has been very supportive of CAA's most recent California legislative efforts, including S.B. 551 and S.B. 1648. Both groups are very excited about how we can work together in California to continue the success in the collision repair industry.”

John Scully, AAM, ASA executive vice president, said, “CAA shares many of the fundamental goals of ASA – its emphasis on advancing the industry through education and training, and its focus on professionalism and member success to name a few. We welcome the opportunity to work more closely with CAA on important industry initiatives.”

“We’re pleased to join in partnership with the California Autobody Association. The opportunity for industry groups to participate in partnership relationships is a result of ASA’s strategic plan,” said Ron Pyle, ASA president and chief staff executive. “We believe there’s great value in partnerships with groups who share our goals and interests. Together, we’re able to accomplish great things for the industry.”
