Business Tools | Monday November 8 Hi-Tech Collision & Glass Centers Signs Seven-Year Contract with CCC Information ServicesCCC Information Services Inc. has signed a seven-year agreement to supply Hi-Tech Collision and Glass Centers, Inc. with a suite of estimate-writing and repair management solutions. Hi-Tech Collision, a leading automotive repair business in Southern California, will implement CCC Pathways Estimating Solution with Digital Imaging, CCC Pathways Enterprise Solution, CCC Accumark(TM) Advisor, CCC Connect(TM) and CCC Autoverse Repair Management Dispatch in each of its eleven locations.Hi Tech Collision, a long-time CCC Pathways user, selected CCC's solutions to assist it in creating speed and efficiency throughout its repair process. By implementing the CCC solution set, Hi Tech Collision will automate the assignment notification and dispatch function through the writing, auditing and transferring of the estimate-related data to insurance carriers. Additionally, through CCC Pathways Enterprise Solution, Hi Tech Collision will be able to electronically track and monitor its repair production process, including scheduling vehicles for repair and customer statusing, among other shop management tasks.
