Business Tools | Tuesday November 16 Keystone Automotive Acquires Chambers Parts Distributors of MaineKeystone Automotive Industries, Inc. has acquired Chambers Parts Distributors, headquartered in Manchester, Maine. In addition to Manchester, Chambers operates out of facilities in Bangor and Portland, Maine.Chambers recorded sales of approximately $5.0 million in 2003. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. "The acquisition enables Keystone to expand its presence in a geographic region not currently served by the company. We look forward to capitalizing on opportunities available to the company in this territory," said Richard L. Keister, president and chief executive officer of Keystone.
