CCC Chairman and CEO Ramamurthy Receives KPMG High Tech Award
Githesh Ramamurthy, Chairman and CEO of CCC Information Services Inc, a subsidiary of CCC Information Services Group Inc., is a 2004 recipient of KPMG LLP's prestigious Illinois High Tech Award. Ramamurthy received recognition from the Big Four audit, tax, and advisory firm in November for helping to lead CCC's innovative application of technology.This year's Illinois High Tech Awards finalists were selected because of their outstanding demonstration of achievement along with measurable business results. Factors that were considered with respect to each nominee included: risk, innovation, growth, competition, profitability, and employment.
"It's an honor to be recognized by an organization of KPMG's caliber," said Ramamurthy. "Among all of the successes CCC has been able to achieve as we approach our 25th year of operation, I am most proud of the team we've assembled and the positive impact our products continue to have on our customers' business. Surrounding yourself with terrific people and helping your customers succeed is what it's all about."
The Illinois High Tech Awards program is the only awards event in the state that exclusively recognizes and honors the achievements of the technology industry. The program was developed to celebrate the success of Illinois high technology executives who have persevered despite the risks to successfully bring to the marketplace innovative products.
