AutoClaims Direct Had Big Growth in 2004

AutoClaims Direct, Inc. recently signed two affiliate firms in Arkansas and Georgia, formed an alliance with desk review powerhouse United Estimatics, saw gross revenue increase over 110 percent, and added sixteen new clients including several large and mid size carriers.

Newly named President Ernie Bray stated, “I am thoroughly impressed with the growth AutoClaims Direct has experienced over the year. Our cutting edge claims management solution far surpasses anything on the market today in both advanced technology and ease of use. After fifteen minutes utilizing our full business solution, claims directors quickly realize the massive savings our system provides which translates into over a half a million dollars a year for some clients.”

AutoClaims Direct has slashed client cycle times in half, with many experiencing a 75 percent reduction overall. “It’s all about results,” added Bray. “We provide real and measurable results and parallel pilots of our solution against competing systems has shown our superiority. We close claims faster and any claims executive knows that faster claims handling equals happy customers and lower costs.”

According to a company press release, AutoClaims Direct is poised to make even bolder steps in 2005. The corporation will add five more affiliates, expand into seven more states and add additional sales representatives.

AutoClaims Direct is a business service and auto appraisal firm that provides the insurance industry with a complete claims management service and auto appraisal company.
