ARM$ Now CIMS - Offers Bi-Directional Interface to ADP’s Elite Dealer Management System
Collision Industry Management Solutions has changed the name of its’ product, ARM$, a Body Shop Management System utilized by Collision Repair shops to manage the repair process, track costs and send information to an accounting system or dealer management system, to CIMS. Reflecting the innovative qualities of its product, the new name brings the product into alignment with its company name.“It’s a great product, which this change of name will not affect,” said Jim Guthrie, partner of Collision Industry Management Solutions, LLC.
“With all the great things happening at CIMS right now, we want to focus our efforts on the positive changes that we are involved in. Bringing the Industry Together is a company theme and we are proving that daily as we have associated CIMS with some Big League hitters like, ADP’s Elite Open API Vendor Program, Best Software’s Business Works and MAS 90, Fix Auto, FORD Motor Company’s CCRN - Certified Collision Repair Network, Intuit’s Quickbooks, Microsoft Certified Partner, OEConnection’s Collision link, and Reynolds and Reynolds ERA Dealer Management System, and many First Class Customers,” said Curt Jingle, partner of Collision Industry Management Solutions, LLC.
CIMS has also announced the industry’s first comprehensive, bi-directional interface to ADP’s Elite Dealer Management System with the body shop.
“The ADP Open API Partner Program provides us with real time, high-speed, secure, bi-directional access to the Elite system. By utilizing ADP’s technical resources, our customers have confidence in the integrity of CIMS integration with the Elite DMS system. Our customers benefit from the seamless synchronizes between the CIMS database and the Elite database,” said Guthrie.
