The new functionalities, Electronic Journal Messaging and Vehicle Status Updating, enhance users' ability to annotate claim files and communicate important information about the progress of repairs to all parties involved in a claim.These additions supplement Premier Suite's advanced claims organization features such as integrated imaging, single-click communications, and wireless workflow capabilities. These additions aim to enable insurers and collision repairer facilities to provide their customers and partners with a superior level of service, seamlessly, from within a single application. Two-Way Electronic Messaging facilitates communication between business partners by enabling claim-specific notes and partner communication to be organized in relation to the claims to which they refer and shared electronically. The ability to reference the particular history of a claim enhances job-tracking and eliminates miscommunication, potentially short-circuiting costly interruptions and delays. Vehicle Status Updates enable collision repair facilities to automatically update business partners on the progress of a vehicle, minimizing interruptions so the shop can focus on completing repairs. Electronically upload changes to the vehicle status within the Premier Suite application to update partners and keep records of the repair progress and history.
