CollisionMax Selects Summit Software for Shop and Repair Network Management Software

Summit Software Solutions, Inc. and CollisionMax have announced that they are more than half way through the implementation of Summit’s CollisionRepairNet(TM) collision repair shop and repair network management software, into their ten collision repair locations in Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.

Frank Terlep, President of Summit stated, “It has been a pleasure working with the entire CollisionMax organization. They have put together an excellent implementation team that will ultimately help CollisionMax become one of the industry’s most advanced users of shop and repair network management software. Being selected by CollisionMax to develop and implement a personalized shop and repair network management solution for their ten locations reinforces our company’s position as the collision industry leader in multi-location shop and repair network technology innovation.”

According to Summit, this particular implementation of their CollisionRepairNet shop and repair network management software includes custom software development, integrated data warehousing, and custom integration with CollisionMax’s data warehouse, as well as network performance executive dashboards.

Jim Tornetta, President of CollisionMax commented, “We spent almost two years evaluating technology solutions for our repair locations and selected Summit because it combined an excellent single shop management system with a network central application that enabled us to effectively manage our operational metrics. In addition, we found the staff at Summit to be extremely knowledgeable with collision shop operations such that they consistently came out on top in the areas that were most important to us, namely, technology, support, flexibility, and delivered value. We have already begun to experience improvements in various aspects of our collision repair business and would highly recommend Summit and their technology solutions to any multi-shop collision repair business that is attempting to improve controls, communications, and operational performance”.

CollisionMax AutoBody and Glass Centers consists of ten company owned service centers in operation since 1976 with locations in Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey, representing over 20 Direct Repair Programs.
