Gordon Auto Body Parts Adds More Traceable Sheet Metal Product to MQVP
The Manufacturers Qualification and Validation Program (MQVP), has expanded sheet metal applications. All testing and validation has been completed for new sheet metal parts submitted by Gordon Auto Body Parts Co., Ltd. a manufacturer of aftermarket crash parts.Gordon Auto Body Parts Co., Ltd has been a participant of MQVP since 2002 and has been a strong supporter of the supply chain management systems that are in place through participation in MQVP. The web based software tools include Global Online Certifications (GOCERTS) and Global Online Corrective Action Reporting (GOCAR) that are used to authenticate MQVP part traceability and help communicate and resolve issues related to non-conforming parts and problems that may develop through the supply chain.
This release of 47 part numbers cover various hood and fender assembly applications for BMW, Pontiac, Chevrolet, Oldsmobile, GMC Truck, Honda, Mazda, Nissan, and Toyota vehicles. Current 2004 and 2005 make/model/year applications are included in this product release.
U.S. distribution of Gordon parts is strong with more than 135 authorized MQVP participating distribution locations throughout the 50 states. Gordon stands behind a solid parts warranty which is documented in the MQVP electronic lot certification.
