AutoClaims Direct Releases RS Direct Auditing Tool
AutoClaims Direct, a provider of independent auto damage appraisals and insurance claims management technology, has announced the release of RS Direct. This comprehensive rules based auditing tool is an enhancement to AutoClaims Direct’s industry leading Tracker software. It allows clients to establish rule sets based upon specific and defined guidelines.RS Direct identifies exceptions to the rules and flags these files for further review by a designated company auditor, adjuster or total loss specialist. The rules set can be configured and customized to any client needs.
