Business Tools | Thursday June 2 DHL Express Selects Cambridge for Claims AdministrationDHL EXPRESS, an international express delivery and logistics company, has selected Cambridge, a global business process outsourcing provider specializing in claims and loss cost management services, to administer claims and managed care for workers' compensation, auto and general liability for its U.S. operations."We were looking for a company that would work with us as a partner, who would bring new and innovative products and services to us, and who had a strong record in using best practices for claims management," said Bryan Rettmann, Director, Risk Management Americas of DHL Express. "Cambridge brought all that and more to the table. Cambridge's proactive management and deep expertise will enhance our risk management program, ensuring that claims get efficient and professional management, and that potential losses are reduced."
