Business Tools | Friday June 3 Coyote Vision Groups Tackles Industry IssuesThe combined membership of the Coyote Vision Groups (CVG), a coalition of 130 collision repair facilities, met recently in Albuquerque, New Mexico to tackle barriers to improving their businesses. To generate provocative discussion, CVG engaged outside presentations and facilitation help from Dev Ogle of the Ken Blanchard Company, and Beryl Carlew of Carlew and Associates LLC. Ogle kicked off the session with a dynamic interactive program on thinking outside the box. The exercise “Team Models with Creative Decision Making” engaged multiple teams as they tackled the challenges of the complex decisions facing collision repair operators. Teams of CVG members from across North America competed in a problem-solving sales presentation exercise.
