Mitchell International Partners with Nodak Mutual Insurance
Mitchell International, Inc. has announced the signing of a three-year contract with Nodak Mutual Insurance Company to handle Nodak Mutual's collision estimating and auto physical damage claims processing needs. Mitchell will be assisting Nodak Mutual as it transitions from a predominantly manual process to a fully automated APD claims processing solution.Nodak Mutual required a fully automated solution that would streamline their operations and reduce costs, yet continue to provide the high level of customer service and affordability for which they're known. By implementing the Mitchell Solution, Nodak Mutual will realize a reduction in cycle time and processing costs, and increase its productivity.
"The Nodak Mutual contract perfectly illustrates how regional carriers can benefit from Mitchell's sophisticated suite of products and services in the same manner as their national counterparts," said Kevin Gitre, Sr. Vice President of Insurance Sales at Mitchell. "Efficient, accurate estimating and streamlined processing of APD claims saves time, saves money, and improves customer satisfaction, regardless of the scale of a carrier's operations."
