AGIC Selects ADP Managed Repair Solution for DRP Network

ADP Claims Services Group, a provider of integrated business solutions for the property and casualty, collision repair, and automotive recycling industries, has announced that Anchor General Insurance Company (AGIC) has selected ADP's Managed Repair Solution, powered by eAutoclaims, to administer its managed repair programs. The technology and services behind ADP's Managed Repair Solution aims to streamline appraisal assignments and accelerate the claims process.

"We looked at a lot of products and tested several, however it was obvious that ADP's Managed Repair Solution was the superior product," said Joe L. Kaiser, CPCU, AGIC's Vice President of Claims. "Also, the customer service provided during the implementation and the systems integration with our internal application, mirrored the excellent service we had come to expect from ADP with their other traditional estimating and total loss evaluation products."

ADP's Managed Repair Solution offers insurance companies a turnkey managed repair network with more than 2,500 collision repair facilities and a national network of independent appraisal resources. The contracted vendor network is managed by eAutoclaims. The solution provides insurance companies with web-enabled, streamlined electronic assignments and dispatch within a fully managed collision repair network. Electronic claims processing, auditing the estimates, and managing the repair process eliminates the time-consuming phone calls, faxes, and emails in the traditional claims process.

"ADP and eAutoclaims helped us streamline our assignment and retrieval processes for our own extensive network of shops in California, while lending their own network of shops to assist our expansion efforts. They truly tailored their systems to meet our needs. We look forward to a long and mutually satisfying partnership," said Kaiser.

"ADP's Managed Repair Solution is designed from the ground up to meet the mutual goals of managing costs to carriers while allowing them to deliver outstanding service to their customers," said Daphne Li, ADP Claims Services Group vice president of marketing. "Our end-to-end, outsourced solution provides carriers with a cost-effective technology platform to process their claim assignments, in addition to an alternative to creating and managing their own DRP program."

Anchor General Insurance Company sells personal auto insurance primarily in California and Arizona. The company's focus is to provide competitive products to the non-standard automobile insurance market.
