APN Launches Assured Performance Collision Care

Assured Performance Network (APN), a national co-op for independently owned collision repair businesses, has announced that after two years of development and an initial trial period in the Northwest, it is launching Assured Performance Collision Care. According to APN, the program offers repairers, insurers, and consumers a complement or even an alternative to the direct repair programs offered today.

Assured Performance Collision Care offers an assortment of services surrounding its “CARE” concept. For qualified repair businesses, the program offers a turnkey solution including retail tools, marketing, public relations, and customer retention features.

For the consumer, Assured Performance Collision Care is membership based and built around building consumer confidence and delivering peace of mind. It consists of express VIP Service, optional valet pick-up and delivery service, a national lifetime repair and refinish warranty, special towing services, total loss replacement vehicle sales, exclusive rental car services and discounts on recreational rental car rates, inspections, accident kits, and more. Consumers can register at a shop or online to become a card-carrying member.

Insures will know that each of the shops within the network complies with APN standards. Each shop is physically inspected for compliance and video taped for an online profile.

Assured Performance Collision Care offers a turnkey solution including many retail tools, marketing, public relations, and customer retention features. This package includes point of purchase displays, posters, brochures, consumer VIP cards, stickers, web site interface with registration and shop locator services, dispatch center, signage, special badges and apparel, advertisements, word track, special staff training, and much more. Participating repair facilities receive an onsite inspection, video profile, shop locator listing, signage, consumer packages, as well as special press coverage and acknowledgement.

Assured Performance will be rolling out its Collision Care program ten markets within the next quarter.
