Reynolds and Reynolds Certifies DuPont ProfitNet Management System for Dealership ERA System Interface
DuPont Performance Coatings has announced that The Reynolds and Reynolds Company has certified the ProfitNet(TM) shop management system to interface with the Reynolds ERA(R) Dealership Management System to assist shops to operate more efficiently and productively.The new ProfitNet interface is a bi-directional electronic bridge between ProfitNet and ERA. The interface saves hours of double entry of key data used by both systems. Key information including customer data, vehicle data, parts ordering and receiving, parts price increases, labor, and repair order totals can now seamlessly be transferred. This interface also allows shops to import the Reynolds and Reynolds repair order number into ProfitNet for consistency between the two systems.
Tom McGarry, Sales Manager for ProfitNet Management Systems and DPC Consulting Solutions, stated, “This latest bi-directional interface with Reynolds and Reynolds is one of many more enhancements on the way for ProfitNet. DuPont Performance Coatings and our partner YADA Systems are dedicated to enhancing ProfitNet with the latest technology to lower shops’ administrative costs by minimizing redundant computer tasks and providing a management solution that is affordable, easy to use, and communicates with dealer management software, paint software, parts software, and accounting software.”
