The family-owned company, headed by Todd, Steve and Rick Seidner, attributes its expansion capability to its Throughput Performance Systems (TPS). The study and implementation of Six Sigma, Lean Processes and Theory of Constraints has created an increased capacity for Seidner’s Collision Centers. TPS is a process that removes traditional SOPs and starts new possibilities in productivity and quality control. The new satellite service center, located on Pasadena’s world-renowned Colorado Boulevard, increases the load-leveling opportunities for Seidner’s insurance partners and will offer valet service from home or work to a nearby Seidner repair facility and return valet service. “With continued focus on customer service, cycle time, and cost we will continue to be a leader in collision repair,” Steve Seidner said. “This new location will offer a seamless claims process to our guests.” Seidner’s Collision Centers operates ten locations in the San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire. ©2005 Collision Repair Industry INSIGHT | FEATURED
