James D. Aramanda Joins ADP as Group President and Executive Vice President
James D. Aramanda has joined Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) as a Group President and Executive Vice President, Arthur F. Weinbach, chairman and chief executive officer has announced.Aramanda will report directly to Gary C. Butler, president and chief operating officer, and will be responsible for ADP's Brokerage Services, Securities Clearing & Outsourcing Services, Dealer Services, and Claims Services businesses.
"Jim is a proven business leader in the financial services industry with extensive strategic and operations experience. We are pleased to have Jim join our senior management team," commented Weinbach.
Prior to joining ADP, Mr. Aramanda was vice chairman, and a member of the executive management group, of Mellon Financial Corporation.
