DSS Releases Management Reporting Tool to Track DRP Compliance

DSS Inc. has announced the release of EMSAnalyze, a unique DRP compliance reporting solution that enables shops and insurers to track statistics like average severity and alternate parts usage, with the ability to drill down and view the specific estimate and audit reports.

Explained CEO Steven Siessman, “ For the first time shops will be able to both track key compliance and estimating performance indicators and then drill down to the individual estimates and audits to see what’s happening in detail, as the month progresses rather than after the month has ended.”

EMSAnalyze aggregates the audit and estimate information generated by EMSReview so that users can track their performance in real time, rather than having to wait till the end of the month for reports from the insurance companies or information providers. According to a DSS press release,it gives shops the ability to ensure they are meeting the insurer’s goal so they can avoid problems and keep their DRPs happy.

It even gives owners and managers the ability to review their writers’ estimates from their desks without pulling files. So instead of having to manually scan estimate folders, the manager can look at specific estimator’s performance and then drill down to each estimate and view the individual audit and estimate line items to identify specific issues.

“Privacy is one of our key concerns, so we built the system so the data never leaves the shop or insurer’s walls,” said Siessman. “The data is stored and viewed locally, so shops and insurers don’t have to worry about exposing their data to hackers and others on the Internet.”

Decision Support Services, Inc., headquartered in San Diego, California, was founded in 2001 to help improve the estimating and adjusting process by enabling shops and insurers to write complete and compliant estimates.
