DCR Systems Adds Cheryl Boswell as CFO
Mentor, Ohio based DCR Systems has announced the recent addition of Cheryl Boswell as Chief Financial Officer and Managing Partner.Boswell, who joins an organization that has swelled from five to 75 employees in just the past ten months, will provide strategic leadership for DCR Systems, overseeing the company’s financial functions while developing best practices and processes aimed at facilitating the company’s rapid growth.
“Cheryl has extensive expertise in finance, but she also brings the in-depth business tools that will propel DCR Systems to long-term success,” noted DCR Systems president and CEO Michael Giarrizzo, Jr. “Cheryl is a true process champion who thrives on streamlined simplicity inside of a rock solid structure. We couldn’t be more excited and proud to have her as part of this remarkable team.”
Boswell comes to DCR Systems from Sterling Collision Centers, where she served as National Director of Finance for nearly six years. In that role Boswell was instrumental in helping Sterling grow from 23 to 70 retail locations, nearly quadrupling the company’s revenue.
She has also held positions as Financial Manager for AT&T, and as Member Services Director for Foodbuy, LLC, the foodservice industry’s leading Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) which tracks and manages over $5 billion in purchasing volume through more than 12,000 operator outlets nationwide.
Boswell joins DCR System at a time when the company is experiencing tremendous growth through the development of turnkey collision repair facilities at auto dealerships nationwide. The company is aggressively marketing an on-site, patent-pending collision repair operation as an outsourcing alternative for dealers seeking to enhance their fixed operations revenue streams.
Boswell also joins DCR Systems’ partner ranks, sharing an equity position with co-partners Lauren Angie, Dave Dewalt, Jill Strauss, Randy Waldron, Brian Mackert, Michael Giarrizzo, Sr., and Michael Giarrizzo, Jr.
