Michaud pointed to savings in 2005 alone of more than $1.5 million dollars for the company's current client base. These results have exceeded expectations.With the new clients that have come on board, such as General Casualty, Direct Network adjusters of New York and Colorado, Utica National, and a pilot program initiated with Unigard Insurance group, a banner year is expected to materialize in fiscal year 2006. In recent developments, Process Claims has become one of United Estimatics service partners assisting the processing of claims thru their RBI program. Michaud also stated that the release of United Estimatics Rules Based Evaluation (ERBE) program is just the beginning of what is in store for 2006. "Our current clients are very excited about the release of ERBE which is going to take physical damage estimating back to basics with just a touch of technology and no cumbersome set ups or lengthy training," Michaud concluded.
