Business Tools | Friday January 13 B&B Body and Paint Opens Flagship South Austin ShopB&B Body and Paint has announced the opening of its newest state-of-the-art auto collision center in Austin, Texas. Called Austin South, this 21,000 square foot facility replaced the outdated B&B Body and Paint location on Shelby Lane. As the flagship of the four B&B Body and Paint facilities, every effort was made to insure this location reflects not only the B&B commitment to their customers, but also a facility that reflects the B&B Body and Paint commitment to the Austin environment and community. This flagship location will be managed by Kevin Rigdon.Owners Craig and Kyle Van Cleve demanded the best when designing and building this facility. The entire property was professionally landscaped. The architect, Terry Brewer and builder, TEGRUS Construction designed and completed a building that will stand out and be an inspiration to other Austin businesses for its clean professional image and design. Ecological impact was just as important. Kyle Van Cleve said, “We committed an area of approximately one acre to the south, as catch ponds, to hold any rain run-off to purify the water in stages before it gets into the Austin creeks and aquifers. Inside the shop, because we are dealing with paint and other chemicals, we have bought and installed the most environmentally friendly paint booths available – for the protection of our craftsmen’s health and the environment.” “B&B Body and Paint has been in Austin since 1974. We have a responsibility to our customers,” owner Craig Van Cleve declared. “There’s an old saying: If you do a good job for your customer, they tell three of their friends. If you do a bad job, they tell ten of their friends. We built our reputation on taking care of each and every customer from the moment they call or stop by and follow up long after they pick up their repaired vehicle – we mean 100 percent customer satisfaction.” Van Cleve continued, “Our front office staff is professional from the customer service representatives to the estimators who work with you from start to finish. Our repair craftsmen are well trained at their respective skills and are required to undergo continuing education and certification on their job skills..." ©2006 Collision Repair Industry INSIGHT | FEATURED
