Business Tools | Thursday January 19 ABRA Promotes Krohn to Senior Vice President of OperationsABRA Auto Body & Glass has promoted Scott Krohn to the position of Senior Vice President of Operations. Krohn will manage all collision and glass operations, and will be an integral part of ABRA’s strategic planning and executive committees.Rollie Benjamin, President and Chief Executive Officer of ABRA, commented, “Scott is the type of team member that every company covets. His operational expertise is outstanding, and he has a passion for our business and in helping individuals succeed. He is truly a great asset to ABRA and the entire damaged vehicle repair industry.” Krohn joined ABRA in 1996 as the General Manager of its Marshall, MN repair center. He was promoted to Franchise District Manager in 1999, and again promoted in 2000 to Minnesota Operations Manager where he managed ten of Minnesota’s twenty corporate-owned repair centers. In April of 2001, Krohn transferred to ABRA’s Tennessee market as the Operations Manager for that area’s seven centers, and was named Vice President of ABRA-Tennessee in April of 2002. In September of 2004, Krohn was promoted to Regional Vice President, assuming responsibility for ABRA’s 23 repair centers in Tennessee and Georgia. “The growth that I have seen at ABRA over the years, not only in number of repair centers but in operational excellence, has been exceptional,” Krohn stated. “Through the hard work and dedication of ABRA’s first-class team members, we can assure our insurance partners that their policyholders will receive a quality repair.
