United Estimatics Introduces IA Dispatch Tool for ERBE Appraisal Product
United Estimatics, located in Hudson, Florida, has just added another product, IA Dispatch, to its Estimatics Rules Based Evaluation (ERBE) product to assist its growing client base. According to a company press release, ERBE provides one stop shopping for all appraisal needs.President and CEO James Michaud commented, “The unique thing about ERBE is simplicity at its best - no set up fees no complicated training sessions. People are just so hooked on all of this high tech stuff (which has it place), but sometimes we all fail to realize that it all goes back to one thing: the basics of Physical Damage Appraising. Remember, there is no machine or computer that will outperform a trained set of professional eyes.”
United Estimatics has also announced an alliance, with Mid-Atlantic Appraisal Company, owned and operated by Russ Profita, based in Georgia. Mid – Atlantic provides Vehicle Appraisals and Heavy Equipment appraisals along with Total Loss handling. The company serves selected areas of Virginia, South Carolina, and North Carolina, and offers complete coverage in New Jersey, Florida, New York, and Alabama.
Michaud concluded, “Two months into the first quarter, we have saved our current client base $264,708.67, with a cycle time of 42 minutes. United Estimatics is the home of the four-hour desk review.”
