Business Tools | Tuesday March 14 CAA and VeriFacts Partner with Shop Coaching ProgramThe California Autobody Association (CAA) is partnering with VeriFacts Automotive of Newport Beach, California to offer CAA members additional new benefits. Under the agreement VeriFacts will offer preferred pricing to CAA members who sign-up for its VeriFacts Shop Coaching Program.VeriFacts Automotive was founded to facilitate the implementation of best repair practices within the collision repair industry. Through its Shop Coaching Program, technicians receive specialized hands-on technical coaching and support aimed at increasing overall repair quality, reduce cycle time and improve CSI. In addition, a Class A Confirmation Program is now available through CertiFacts Automotive, a sister company to VeriFacts, which serves as an independent third-party to verify compliance with the Class A Collision Center requirements, as outlined by the Collision Industry Conference (CIC) and provide strategic management reporting designed to fit the special needs of today's collision repair facilities.
