Business Tools | Friday June 16 ROME Technologies Completes Bi-Directional Integration for Collision Management with ADP Dealer ServicesRome Technologies, Inc. has announced the availability of the ADP Bi-Directional Interface to Rome Technologies’ CompleteShop Management Software.Using CompleteShop Management Software with the ADP interface program enables bi-directional data access between the Dealer Collision Center and the ADP Dealer Management System. This connectivity allows customer information, sales, cost, inventory, payment information, and service history to flow between the Collision Center and the Dealership. As a member of the ADP Open API Partner Program, Rome Technologies now provides this Collision Shop Management Software Solution to ADP Dealerships operating with ADP’s Elite or W.E.B.
