Business Tools | Wednesday August 30 Fix Auto of the Greater Portland Area Names Warneke Business Development ManagerGeorge Warneke has been promoted to the role of Business Development Manager for Fix Auto Collision Centers of the Greater Portland Area. Warneke brings over 28 years of Auto Collision experience to the position. George was formally the Fix Auto Quality Specialist for the Fix Auto Collision Centers of the Greater Portland Area.In his new role as the Business Development Manager, Warneke will provide leadership and direction for the operations and growth of the local Fix Auto network. He will help to further the high standards that have been set by the Portland Fix Auto shops of consistent high quality repairs and excellent customer service. Currently there are nine local locations throughout the Greater Portland Area. After college, he began his career working in a dealership body shop and eventually managed the shop for a year. For the next 22 years he ran a repair team of three technicians at a local collision repair facility in Portland. Over the last four years, Warneke has worked for the local Fix Auto Collision network as a Quality Assurance Specialist. From 1980 – 1993, Warneke served as a member of the Portland Community College Advisory Committee for Auto Collision Repair Technology.
