CARSTAR and BASF Automotive Refinish Renew Agreement
CARSTAR Franchise Systems, Inc., the largest group of auto body repair shops in North America, and the BASF Automotive Refinish Coatings business have announced an extension of their long-standing alliance agreement.“The renewed agreement will allow us to further blend our corporate values and operating practices to deliver industry-leading performance results for our consumers, franchisees and insurers,” said CARSTAR Chairman of the Board Richard Hunter Cross III.
BASF has been a primary paint supplier to CARSTAR since 1990. Together, the companies have developed innovative methods for improving collision shop growth and performance while enhancing consumer satisfaction.
“CARSTAR shares our vision of success,” added BASF Vice President of Automotive Refinish Solutions Juan Carlos Ordoñez. “We look forward to building on our already-successful relationship with new models that will help both companies to grow and be more successful.”
